Second siren of the day here in Kettering, OH. This is one of 9 sirens owned and operated by the city. The cities in Montgomery County test their sirens every first Monday. I was totally unaware that Kettering does Alert & Attack, so that's news to me. Mostly every camera someone had malfunctioned in someway (you can tell mine did) due to the cold. This is my favorite kind of day, where I can be penetrated for 6 minutes....pause.
