Show me I bought the same one, but it didn’t come with a battery or a charger or all the other stuff. It only had the drone and the controller.

How do you zoom out the camera in the app? My drone’s camera is zoomed in like 10% but I don’t know how to zoom out to have normal view on my phone

My app won't turn on, it says that it requires permission, but when i go to the permissions, it says no permissions requested. Then i see in Google Play that everyone is having this difficulty. Do you know what version you have?

Same here, I emailed, I wasn't expecting any response over the holidays. But there is a 1-800 number in the manual. I'll give that a try.

STOP! There is ONLY ONE BATTERY in the box. Extra ones ARE NOT AVAILABLE! Even from the manufacturer! I called/emailed them, and they replied they in fact DON’T HAVE ANY, and are NOT sure when or if they will. I tried ordering, but it’s a miss/hit miss situation. Ordered one set that showed near identical specs from Amazon, BUT when it got here was too small to fit. Now I have to do a RETURN to Amazon…🤬 Good to fly but WHO wants an RC that doesn’t have extra batteries?

Had fun for a few flights. It lost connection and flew two blocks away into a neighbors driveway. Returning it and opting for a DJI mini. Not bad as a toy, but it’s easy to outgrow very quickly, and the professional drones are easier to fly.

Well, I bought the DJI Mini 3 that was right next to it on the floor display at Costco! Used the ASC my practice because it’s only $70…Got the Mini ready to go and flew for some 40 minutes as I already had preordered the extra batteries! Got more than 8-10 hours of flight time now. Even surveyed my house gutters, and solar panels for practice! Even added the blade guards when flying (lots of trees near my house), but that cuts flight time into about half because of the extra weight. Otherwise having a blast (4 batts) and 128GB MicroSD, so I’m good for a while!

@@jesuscastrellon7796 return it to Costco and ask for a replacement. They take returns no questions asked, but you can mention it came broken out of the box.

@YourReviewChannel I got one and it's to learn on it but I decided to return it back and save some money for the dji mini 2 se. Drone is all about picture quality...otherwisewhat's the point of a drone....?

Looking for an extra battery for this thing is very diffeicult. Doesn't seem like there is even a website for ascend aeronautics at all. Beware of this. I have one and want extra batteries and cannot find any at all. SO - i fly the drone for 10+ minutes and have to wait over an hour and a half to recharge the battery. This alone makes me want to return this thing. If i had extra batteries i wouldn't mind.

My drone lasts 7 minutes before response delay starts from low battery, maybe 12 minutes before unusable. It's a fun 7 minutes though!
