@@richlewis8812 He can gain fury or cruelty when struck or striking with a crit. Synergy with Medusa makes the fury and cruelty permanent. Also you need Hit Monkey for increased crit chance per buff. And Finally Quicksilver adds time to the stun.
I just went in there and tried it. Black bolts damage wasnt scaling properly. I wouldnt suggest using him on that path. Not sure if it’s a Necro thing or just that path.
He only does this much damage because of his synergies. I know you didn’t ask that but I just wanted to be clear for anyone who reads this. For what you asked , it depends because his damage scales with his buffs. I have never seen his Special 2 uncapped with high buffs. The highest I have seen is like 300,000 but it could go much higher. I am sure we will find out soon.
