I feel these ascention symptoms and they are not scary because I have been watching yhese podcasts and know what is going on. I give in to them and rest, nap, eat better , etc. I am 79 years old, you should try all of this at my age! I think this is magical. I have visions, highly evolved intuition. Bingo! At 1.22, Buddha answers why mankind wants to idolize the avatars, or any charismatic person for that matter, because then they give away their power and remain passive instead of growing spiritually.
They don't realize they have power or what it literally is. They have no clue they are thinking and focused on negative and doing so from their "Lower Mind, aka Ego Mind, aka Adolescent Mind" They aren't aware or have yet to: Comprehend that the "Universal Law of Attraction" is Absolute, and our Power is in our: "Thoughts + Feelings X Beliefs" = Our Frequency = Our Reality Beth Bartlett Sociologist/Behavioralist

Isn't it interesting that there are more people on the planet today, than the 19th century combined with previous centuries, and yet, loneliness is the thing we humans seem to feel the most right now?
Commenting at about 20min in with so much YES! This resonates with this 61y/o. The Earth's core is wobbling too and I'm learning to energetically adjust. Our growth involves releasing judgment and supporting those who are awakening. I am no longer the weary warrior of the 80, 90s, and early 2000s. The frustration over the slow growth pace is gone. Everything is as it should be and very exciting.

Everything is energy. Stop thinking we're physical (that's just construct upon construct it's heavy pushed together energy here)but "they're" energy can flow and weave in and out of energy on earth or something lol
The only channel I have found believable is Paul Selig, purely because the way he does it would be really hard to actually do. I will be honest though, I am instantly put off when people use religious icons or angels to pull people in.
We all are channels. It’s nothing mysterious or having to believe in it. We are all one, and pick up on the energetic exchange. We are nothing what we think we are! 🥰
As is often said… Whatever you find which resonates with you, grab onto it and go with it. If you resonate with it, it is most likely your “truth”. Whatever does not resonate with you… let it pass, it is simply there for others.
