Dorsal cloumn medial leminisus- Types of sensation- Fine discriminative touch 2 point touch Pressure touch of skin Proprioception . Receptor- Raffinis corpuscle/bulbus corpuscy- vibration and stretch of skin. Pretracheal nerve endings- hair bend and touch. Paccinian corpuscle- deep pressure. Merkel disc- fine touch and superificial pressure. Meissners corpuscle- discriminative touch. Muscle spindle- 1A proprioception. Golgi tendon- stretch of muscle tendon. A alpha fibers- muscle tendon and Golgi tendon-. A beta - rest . Cervical part of spinal cord above T6. LUMBAR PART Of spinal cord below T6. 1 St order neuron- drg. 2nd - nucleus fasciulus Nucleus cuneatus. 3rd -internal capsule. Drg Fasciulus gracilis- lower limb Fasciulus cuneatus- upper limb Somatotopic arrangements- Medial to lateral Sacrum to cervix. Ipsilateral SC. Nucleus cuneatus Nucleus gracilis Cross to opposite side C/L internal arcuate fibers. Medial leminisus ThalamusVPL/VPI Posterior limb of internal capsule. Corona radiata Primary somatosensory area Secondary somatosensory area. Sensory homunculus. Lenticular artery branch of middle cerebral artery supply internal capsule. Loss of sensation. Dedicated ppl who are truly passionate about their work ,do not have time for applause and for making money out of 3 hr videos. Truly dedicated person prefers to work in silence... Whoevere is able to acknowledge the work, will eventually find and appreciate it... Great work! @@TogetherinParis in India we use the word "Attendance" for "Roll call" , an Indian slang . We use" rubber "for eraser too 😉

The subject that I used to dread the most in medical school is what I enjoy studying the most now in my post-internship-exam-preparation era and I certainly regret not watching your Neuroanatomy lectures before. Amazing work! A small detail is that the drawing of the internal capsule is mirrored (anterior and posterior limbs are facing towards the midlinestructures instead of lateral).
