Thank you SO much Pamela! Today I had to just rest all day. Not exhausted just zero energy. Still releasing “density” it’s SO much easier for me now but still a little taxing. Sending everything that comes up to be released, love and ZERO judgement and sending it in a bubble of love into the light. I have a peace now that I can’t even explain in words 🙏🏻 after years of dark night of the soul and healing and releasing SO much, this peace is magical 🙏🏻 I profoundly appreciate you Pamela! I’ve been completely alone the last couple of years, even homeless for months in my car as part of my soul’s journey. I can’t even express in words what it means to me to have this connection with you and the other light workers/warriors through RU-vid 🙏🏻 Before my spiritual awakening, I was agnostic/atheist. It hit me from left field 😂 first 50 years of my life with zero knowledge about who I am/who WE are. I’m 56 now and my first 50 years were tough, the past several years have been brutal 😅 I have ZERO regrets! I gained SO much strength. My higher self and my team I call my peeps 😂 have been with my the whole time 🙏🏻 protecting and guiding me. But I have to say when I first “woke up” I actually thought I was going crazy, hearing voices in my head. Having RU-vid and connecting with light workers saved me! I feel the same, Today on the new moon day my heart is beating, tightnesses, arm pain , sinus & choking feeling- backache & leg pains , shoulder pain, fatigue , upset stomach , headaches - I simply avoid going to the Dr. Perhaps on the Lionsgate portal I had heart burn & rushed to the hospital and nothing serious in ECG . I trust the process 🙏

Did anyone notice that we went up in vibration within a month? Usually, we go up an octave and then have time to do shadow work and integrate which is like usually 6 to 8 weeks. Now, there's a quickening. We went up an octave on 7/7 and now again so soon after like a month later.

The cashier at the checkout had a meltdown yesterday. In her 20s, said she had stuff going on, very nervous and chatty. I asked her if I could give her Reiki. She made a mistake on the till, and burst into tears, £30 difference which she was going to give to me. I corrected her and beamed love and joy at her. Others in the queue were impatient and rude. I asked them to be patient as she was having a bad day. ❤

Thank you. I am experiencing all of what you have explained but the jumping energy I feel is more like a buzzing for me. I went to the doctor 3 weeks ago and was also told I am very healthy, more healthy then I have ever been. I was diagnosed with hyperactive thyroid 20+ years ago and for most of that time I was on medication for it. Two years ago I decided to stop all prescription medication because I felt like I needed to for my own good and my thyroid is now in normal function. I like to say I've healed myself 😊 love and light to you

Thank you for your videos. I am experiencing extreme fatigue, insomnia, constant hot flashes, shoulder/arm pain, IBS, heaviness on my chest, feels harder to breathe, a sharp zapping pain through the top of my head, painful, stiff joints, dizzyness, forgetting words. I have also been seeing synchronised numbers for years & I see a white/silver shape & orbs in the corner of my living room frequently out of the corner of my eye. It can be ALOT sometimes! Your message is very much appreciated! I have been having awful sinus issues for a week, which isn’t way out of the norm for me. What’s been different this time, my eyes are watering on a constant basis. There is no infection, but There are times throughout the day, where it actually looks like I’m crying. I have never in my life experienced this! I am constantly clearing my throat and having headaches… thank you again for sharing this information. I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out what is causing this flareup!

Thank you so very much, so glad I'm not losing my marbles over here!! I was especially relieved to hear that the lower chakras are getting more activated and the sexual energies rising was quite surprising. But I guess it isn't a surprise, considering that there has been much trauma from previous generations in many women's ancestry and I've heard that many of our sacral chakra's aren't very strong. Lots of healing and activations there and it's necessary. There aren't any unnecessary chakras. I was wondering though, it seems to me like our animals are also ascending with us (our treasured animal companions) or trying to raise their vibration. I've noticed some changes in behavior over the last few months and it's not that my kitties are sick. They've had monthly visits and lots of tests and they are in fact doing quite well. They are elderly and have chronic conditions which I manage well but I feel like they're also rising in vibration also. Do you think this could be happening?

What a day 😢 I sat at the pool yesterday sun gazing for about 4 hours easy peasy day I woke up this morning so irritated and anxious for no good reason lots of thoughts that I feel are not my own running through my head lots of doubt lack of self-worth and the weirdest feeling bugs crawling on me I was called to just rest and meditate as soon as I woke up I watched your video and I automatically feel so much better thank you so much Pamela you really are a godsend for us all❤ so much love and strength to everyone this isn't easy but I know it is so worth it😂🎉💫✨🌈⚡

Thank you so much Pamela, very important updates and information. I was good for a week or so, but since last Friday the !!th it has really ramped up. My brain appears to be getting rewired. My memory is shot, trouble speaking, counting typing and remembering things, wow it is crazy. And I have the itchy part at the base of the skull now too . On the other hand, the messages, knowings and syncs are through the roof ! Yay !

I experience extreme fatigue, vivid dreams, insomnia and nausea and I have been like this for many months and I can't do much or focus ( loss of vocabulary, memory loss etc.) and when I do something I literally push myself. This is why I am puzzled how people who make videos and say they have the same symptoms can actually record the videos talk on various channels like nothing is occuring ( I am talking here in general not about this specific channel). Are they pretending to relate to people and promote their business? I am doing what they all say they are doing : eating clean, meditating, sitting with my emotions, drinking water but it does not make me feel any better. It makes me doubt they truly know what is going on but do it anyway for their own reasons whatever they are.

YES! Sinus headache HUGE on Saturday night and Sunday. Lots of throat stuff clearing. Hot flashes... Yes, bathroom trips. My whole body constantly vibrates on and off. Ear ringing constantly. Major purge:small cut got infected, needed antibiotics led to reaction mental and hives...so itchy big activation! Yesterday bit by dog lol I surrender! The antibiotics cleared my throat tonsils and phlegm (I have lingual thyroid on tongue high throat chakra). My gut microb. My heart is on fire 🔥 activitations and heightened love!!!! Through all this even the horrible mental feelings from the meds, I knew this is happening for me. I was not sad just processing it all with gratitude. Thank you. I've been struggling with my health for over a decade now, and I believe I finally figured out what it is causing me chronic inflammation -> Oxalates. I suggest everyone look into it. Whenever possible, avoid all the high oxalate foods. Oxalate poisoning can be causing a lot of these weird symptoms we're mistaking as ascension symptoms. Oxalate dumping can occur once every so often, like every 3 months or something. It is different for everyone, and can be mistaken for any number of other causes including ascension symptoms.

I had the vomiting of phlegm first and it was a whole lot on a daily basis for about 2 weeks straight. It was awful. I noticed no one was really talking about that symptom so I thought it was just me. Also my throat has been scratchy like something is stuck in there. This is definitely a wild ride but it’ll be so worth it. ❤️💫
