I think it has to do more with undertones than skin colour. She has very deep, cooler toned skin so something cool and light would look good with her in contrast

Well to match the lace her makeup needs to be true color to skin her foundation is literally three shades lighter than her body and a shame bcuz dark skinned women are beautiful and she’s making herself lighter for no reason. I also don’t hear ppl screaming cultural appropriation because she’s black with blonde hair, but goodness forbid a white woman wears braids 🤦🏽‍♀️
