Oshawott might’ve annoying, but he’s not weak, any Pokémon who can beat their evolved forms in a 1v1 battle has more than earned themselves the title of OP.
Any Pokemon who cannot get at least a 50 percent win rate AND get some worthwhile feats is weak Oshawott doesn't have either of those things and the battle with dewott also got him disqualified afterwards

Infernape has a higher win rate than Greninja, AND the same number of battles fought as him, does that mean Infernape is stronger than Greninja? also, Oshawott only lost the contest due to his heartbreak, which happened after he beat Dewott in the battle, not meanwhile.

For the last fucking time, ash’s torkoal isn’t one of his strongest moms by any means, but it’s DEFINITELY not fodder. It almost beat a registeel, so put atleast a bit of respect on its name. It’s not at all worse than unfezant. The torkoal slander needs to stop
Torkal literally got bodied by over 60% of battles he was in. That registeel was his only memorable good deed which he had the type advantage in and still lost. Wouldn’t have made a difference even if it was regice. Don’t forget he got oneshot by Darkrai as well.
I hate when people say bad things about Ash’s Pokemon. They may not be the strongest, but it still hurts to hear people say mean stuff. Give them some credit. At least they tried.
Not just knew it, the Hydro Pump was impressive enough to gain Ash's attention! Meaning it had to be at the very least as powerful as Squirtle's. Like it or not SQUIRTLE is Ash's Hallmark for water types.

I can’t really agree as it won more than it lost being in a total of 14 battles and win 9 and lost 5 giving it a 69.9% ratio on its wins and loses this is pretty average for any Pokémon but rather impressive for a unevolved Pokémon.
So like 2 of his water starters suck,cool.also I'd say I'd like oshawot more than totodile, the one episode with ash helping a beartic brought out a liking for the little guy.
@@Imperius_Rex_753 unfezant got lucky as its win rate is only just passable. Goodra only has one loss with two wins and one tie and Pidgeot, idk where it is although it does actually suck in battle along with Boldore

@@anotherperson2660 yea but he legit got one shotted by darkrai's dark pulse considering how high is torkoal defense but still got destroy by dark pulse. Torkoal was able to get registeel to his knee just because torkoal have type advantage
@@TotallyNotDark type advantage is a big factor but not everything. Brandon is an Elite 4 level trainer, we know this thanks to Scott saying that Frontier Brains are every bit as strong as Agatha. In other words, Torkoal lost to a legendary trained by an E4 caliber trainer, and still almost won. That's a very impressive performance, impressive enough to save Torkoal from being in a weakest team.
It’s hard for me to say Torcole is the weakest Pokemon he ever had. The fact it held its own against Regi Steel shows it’s not the weakest he ever used
Nah Torkaol and Palpitoad gotta come off this list but honestly Ash doesn't grind like normal trainers cuz he'd have way more evolved forms if he did like look at quilava it didn't evolve until sinnoh when ash got cyndaquil in johto the teams he seemed to grind the most were his sinnoh, kalos and galar teams just my opinion
Not to mention ash gave scraggy a trash moveset, shall I rename them Leer Headbutt High jump kick (damages if misses) Focus blast (poor accuracy) And then oshawatt, the throw away pokemon💀
Technically, Torkoal almost beat a Legendary so its actually one of his stronger Pokemon. Also Muk beat Bellsprout and that Bellsprout beat his Bulbasaur and Pikachu in a row
