Third time watching this video! I'm just blown away by how awesome this came out! Story is beautiful, and all of the voice actors did a phenomenal job! Thinking about the fact that Ash's father had been watching him through Ho-Oh since the beginning gives me goosebumps. It's truly beautiful. Despite the fact that this story is fan made, it legitimately makes me want to revisit the material. And since Ash's story is soon coming to a close in the anime, I think it is the perfect time to do just that!

I wouldn't mind more diverse content. This timeline is pretty interesting. Seeing the rest of Ash team, how he got Mega Evo for Charizard, if he keep's his father's Pokémon/what to do with them (I imagine they'd feel partially responsible for Ash, being his dad's Pokémon), and other such things. Though I imagine this channel will remain most known for Dragon ball content.

Honestly, if you were ever a RWBY fan, I hope that you’ll check out our stuff when I start doing fan animations with my friends. Damn, what a perfect sendoff for Ash, this is a masterpiece! Pretty fitting that you were working on this and the anime confirmed that Ash's journey is coming to an end! Guessing the final series of episodes with Ash won't be anything like this, but it would be great if he was able to meet Ho-oh!

The scene being reunited with his father, I literally lost it man. Definitely the most heartwarming moment in anime history. I've seen many different anime over the past 25 years. Pokemon, DBZ, Inuyasha, Bleach, Full Metal Alchemist, Zatch Bell, Death Note, Yugioh and so many more. None of them got me that emotional but this piece of art. Pokemon was the 2nd anime I got into with the first being Inuyasha. The Pokemon anime will definitely never feel the same with Ash and Pikachu leaving. But from beginning to end these two will hold a special place in my heart forever. Thank you Ash and Pikachu for taking us on your journey with you. And may you two continue to succeed off screen.

21:42 Sorry for interrupting again but, if Ho-oh has the power of reconstruction over Pokemon, and he can to some degree manipulate human souls, could he theoretically put Sato's soul in a Pokemon body? SPOILER ALERT FOR Detective Pikachu below (just in-case) I mean in Detective Pikachu it was shown that is was possible to put a human's soul in a living Pokemon, so at least the idea of a human soul in a Pokemon's body is not totally Farfetch'ed (pun totally intended). Also that was done by Mew-two so if it could do it then Ho-oh definitely could.
