Light Ball Pikachu is pretty ridiculous, because it basically gives it Huge Power. Since it's base attack is 55, it's right between Azumarill and Medicham.
Idea: Same base stat team. Every pokemon in your team has to have the same base stat total. Ex: Base stat total: 525 Pokemon in that team: Armarouge, cloyster, glimmora, lucario, venusaur, and any eevee evolution.
