I mean red mega evolved charizard in less than a year while it took ash 24 years to mega evolve one pokemon even though there's many of ashs pokemon that have that capability, for example ashs charzard could've a long time ago. Red would definitely destroy Ash don't make me laugh

Wait, they brought back mega evolution in the anime?! After the games went out of their way to demonize it so it could be replaced by just flat out worse gimmicks, I thought they would just avoid it.
