I know right ❤. Well we are all getting tired of COPPA but that’s how it works. RU-vid puts certain videos as just for kids when it is kid friendly and turns off comments to protect them.
Seriously youtube is so annoying with their policies I doubt any modern day kid would be interested in watching pokemon anymore it is all gen Z and millenials who watch it re visit the videos
I feel ya brother. I remember I was watching this video about "Pikachu babysit Togepi" some years back, and it had the literal best funniest comments ever. Until the youtube marked that video for "RU-vid kids" and I could never find those comments ever! ://
I know that Butterfree and Pidgeot got captured before them, but Pikachu and the OG Kanto starters are just too iconic Ash made them popular and beloved.
Ash only helped make Charizard more popular. Bulbasaur loses most of the time, and Squirtle gets used even less. Bulbasaur does get love during Oak's lab scenes, but Squirtle barely comes back.
@@whichDudebulbasaur lost because ash was always putting him in battles above his weight class. In which he actually does extremely well. One of ashs best battlers.
@@lancethedragonmaster8562 Bulbasaur is tiny. Most of its opponents will be above its weight class. Ash constantly makes small pokemon fight bigger pokemon so that's not much of an excuse.
@@whichDude i didnt mean actual size. I meant weight class like a middle weight fighting a heavyweight. Before charizard, bulbasaur was a middle weight acting as ashs heavyweight. Thats what i mean. Bulbasaur alot of times fought the other trainers strongest if it wasnt pikachu.
Glad to see Squirtle and the Squirtle Squad again. And Team Rocket were the reason why Ash and company couldn’t meet up with his Squirtle and got it, Bulbasaur and Charizard into a fight.

Actually, there was an episode where Misty proudly boasts how she'd trained her Psyduck into a relatively decent fighter. In that episode he also demonstrated water gun and confusion attacks quite effectively.
That was great cause they haven’t seen each other in years since the battle frontier saga with the battle against Brandon. Ash hadn’t used Squirtle in battle since. I remember of how it was Ash’s water ace for the Kanto team, then later in the Jotho saga, it went back with the Squirtle squad cause they needed a leader. At the firefighter competition, the other Squirtle were uneasy without them.
Never thought I could get so emotional over a Pokemon episode. I'm in my 30s and Kanto was my generation, with Squirtle as my all-time favourite. Seeing the OG team together again is priceless. These three have so much personality - and the backstories are great.
I like that he brought out Charizard and Bulbasaur just to see Squirtle's poster. I wanna see their reunion with Pidgeot. Pidgeot was part of the original gang too.
@@ZAKARIHIKARI Super Sentai isn't an anime. They used a lot of the footage for Power Rangers, mainly the fight scenes and Megazord scenes. The pose Squirtle and the others did looks like Gorenger, which was the first Sentai.
Going back on OG pokemon and realizing; 1.squirtle really had his whole squad..left his whole squad for a moment. 2.charmander was really the only one that evolved..
I love when pokemon pays respect to the genwuners because it’s the first generation we all want to go back even if you started out playing pokemon platinum like me lmao. It’s always nice to get old characters back even if it’s for one or a couple of episodes! But I guess it was a good way to say bye bye to ash. He’s probably gonna make a cameo at one point hopefully grown up ✨
Okay, I will be honest. I wasn't expected that twist ending. Also I love how Charizard got fucked by Squirtle's watergun and bulbasaur just took it like it's nothing. Always great to see type advantage like that.
