I've been listening to Ash since way back in 1995 when I was 12yrs old. Always look forward to their new albums. I think the biggest anticipation was for Free All Angels back in 2001. Everyone thought they had crashed and burnt...then they put out Shining Light. Mic firmly dropped.

Heyy, you exist! I was never part of the original "Ash" scene, but I found you around my mid-teens around 2007-9 and u fit perfectly to my emotions then. I'm pleased to find you still write youthful music like this, which youth of today probably have no idea of its greatness. Sadly.

Nice song and great lyrics. They've really kept their style while changing things up to acknowledge they're getting older. I've gotta say that Tim's singing much clearer - still the same voice but I hadn't a breeze what he was singing in a couple of their classics.

A welcome return to the pop punk roots. What an intro! The rhyming scheme is a bit too on the nose for me tho. Could’ve done with a bit more variation. Then it’s an ear worm.
