Dear sir, It is not recommended to connect the machine directly to lithium battery. Check if the battery is having an active balancer and good BMS. Required Charging and discharging parameters may be given on the battery if it is branded. And by default equalisation in zero only.

@@ASHAPOWER Yes sir it has a bms and active balancer. But now I have used my surya 60 connected to a small 12 volt battery to charge the lithium battery through a pwm lithium controller. Though theoretically I could charge with ashapower keeping bulk voltage as 14.4, float as 13.8 and having a bms cum balancer installed.

@@aneeshrk8509 You have to connect the output of ashapower to a small lead acid battery( 12v) or two batteries( 24v). Then you can use this battery or two batteries as buffer to charge a lithium iron phosphate battery thought a cheap pwm lithium charge controller. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ct_stM4scqY.html Alternatively, you can use an adaptor to feed the lifepo4 pwm controller. The adapter will run from an inverter which is running on lead acid batteries connected to ashapower. Regarding setting for lifepo4, bulk is at 14.4 v, float is at 13.8 v. But dont connect directly to ashapower.

Yes sir, you can connect lithium battery. By default, settings are according to lead acid battery. But you can change the settings after getting battery specification from your battery manufacturer.
