Yeah that was the 2nd instance of that, the first one I pointed out when Oakhame triggered again and he had already drawn a card for that turn.

It actually is not a mana ability. That said, a Linvala was out, and I'm pretty sure she stops all creature abilities.

You are assuming Vines of Vastwood gives the creature Hexproof. Vines has a different wording that allows you to target an opponent's creature, and it still prevents your opponent from targeting that creature.

That's one of the many reasons why Mike stole the Linvala. (Another easy kill with Kenrith would've been to use his 3U to make Mike draw a card with an empty library. Stopped for the same reason.)

In fact it wouldn't due to the fact that it was a forest and not a non-basic land.

Swat's one of the "Misdirection"-style cards that can handle a multi-target spell. Another reason why it's so friggin' good :)

I don't think that is true about mystic reflection. It says "the next time" so all of the tokens would each enter as Avenger of Zendikar, but each of THOSE AoZ would make plants.

Reflection doesn't go infinite with avenger. The card says "the next time..." And avenger creating tokens is one instance, and then the copied avengers triggers are other instances that mystic reflection doesn't longer apply to.

others pointed out reflection is wrong, but nice find with first day and redcap (requires a sac outlet too tho)

@@Riverhouserecordings listen, nowhere did i say that they "werent allowed" to play it, nor do i have any qualms with it being cedh (in fact, that's why i subscribed). That being said, when you make content like mtg, seeing the same strategy in at least one deck across 20+ videos (sometimes in a row) and the person winning in the same way every time, the content gets stale, thus making content boring and not worth watching. Content is designed to be entertaining and consumed by people who find it so. If you find it entertaining i'm not gonna stop you from enjoying it. However, personally i'm tired of watching people win with the same combo every time dimir is at the table, and felt like voicing that opinion
