As a 58 year old original gooner, this sends shivers down the spine, can’t get there much these days, but it brings back so many great memories of away days from the eighties, couldn’t wait for Saturday, a dozen of us would jump in the back of a transit with a crate of beer, fly down whatever Motorway, then meet up with a few hundred other Gooners and take over a local pub, results didn’t always go our way, but did we have some cracking days out on the piss ! Good to see the youth coming through and keeping it alive ! COYG 👊
@britishqueen94 really what planet are you on...lol I'm from the old school and we did you good and proper as still do.... you need to realise what and will always be in our shadow...your middlesex club will never complete with us... NORTH LONDON IS RED AND ALWAYS WILL BE......👊🏻🏴🇬🇧👊🏻
Arsenal are really cooking something special this season. I've never seen it before... where it seems that everything about the club, from the 1st men's team, to the women's, to the youth level, to the fans, and the atmosphere... they all seem to come together quite nicely.
Just 2 minutes into the video and I can already see why Arsenal players are doing so well. If this is how it feels on the pitch.. hearing this for 90 minutes then I am definitely leaving everything that I have for my team in the game. This was a Great initiative indeed. 👏
I am 73 I have been going since 1963 to see our boys, great days n my memory remember the days of the North Bank kicking off away days in the early 70s, mainly cup games where away support was fantastic, this Ashburton Army leaves me speechless, it has been a long time coming but worth the wait, I have a black t Shirt but I am too old
U.S Gooner been for 15 years or so love this team so damn much way more than my local NFL team can't wait to attend a game one day, keep serenadingthe boys to the title COYG!!
❤️ the atmosphere these guys bring to match day at The Emirates. By chance have followed them under the railway bridge next to the ground and the singing and red flares are amazing. I just hope they all stay safe and continue to do what they do best, who said The Emirates is a library 😂 `
LOVE THE ARSENAL ULTRALS TILL I DIE❤❤ THANKS FOR EVERYTHING THIS SEASON ITS BECAUSE OF YOU BOYZ WE ARE WHERE WE ARE!! NEED MORE BOYZ FOR THE AWAY GAMES TO!! AGAIN THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR EFFORT, LOVE AND SUPPORT IM WITH YOU ALL❤❤
I love this. These fans have the stadium rocking. The noise they make must be intimidating for the away team/supporters. Chills watching them march to the Emirates ❤
You guys are great! The under-the-bridge flare show is brilliant!!! I have to join you guys one of your marches. I like the first chant here, that's new! And the one around 2:50. 3:41 and 8:04 since hearing and seeing Milan's version in our 4-0 defeat at San Siro in 2012, I've tried to get going in the years I've been to the ground with exactly those words :D , great to see you guys doing it! Would be so good to have the whole stadium bouncing to it like in Europe. 9:00 is hilarious! :D
GLAD TO SEE ARSENAL, GETTING A NICE FIRM TOGETHER, I'M 63 YRS OLD, AND I WAS PART OF THE ( IEI ) YOU KNOW WOT THAT WAS , LATE 80 s - 90 s , SO PROUD, IM NOT WELL KNOW, AND LIVE IN DEVON.
I want the world to know that Arsenal with the biggest diversity regarding the fans, Black, English, American, S. Africa, Asia including India, now here in India, the football community grew faster as ever before, their bollywood film stars a few were also a true fans to the games as there are also celebrity A-list in US and all around the world, because every nationality n skin coloured are not looked differently, all of them sticked together..... Now me too I'm nearly fourty of age, from 1997 till today I'm still a true fan of Arsenal COYG......
My friends mocked me the day we lost to barcelona, they called my arsenal trophyless club but we started winning the FA'S so now let's lift the league maybe next year champions league
@@thirteentimes365 Each to their own, the Poznan isn't as bad as the boring, orchestrated chanting and repetitive drumming. Atmosphere is supposed to be generated by events on the field, a crowd reaction to what's going on, not by some twat with a drum and a pocket full of fireworks.
@pauledwards499 On the contrary, relying on events on the pitch can actually lead to a subdued and rather dull atmosphere, a "you only sing when you're winning" kind of element to it. Whipping up the crowd regardless of on-field events, be it with a drum, trumpet, or whatever, is far more conducive to a lively and positive atmosphere, which I'd much prefer to sit in than, say, a crowd like Villa Park's where it's more akin to a funeral than a football match. I admire certain European fans' attitudes; constantly jumping and chanting in their thousands no matter if their team is winning, drawing, or losing. I think it's great and better than most English football stadium's atmospherics. Give my club a bit of that, I say. Each to their own, though, as you say.
will there be a march and a meeting before the match against Chelsea ? If yes, where can I find the details of when and where the beginning will be? We are going to a group of people for this match and we would like to join the march.
Very nice to finally see the Ultras scene showing its uprising in England. IMO the atmosphere in England is one of the worst in the Europe (except maybe from a few lower league teams who still keeps the real spirit alive), but this brings promise of a huge change in that perspective. Well done - and respect from F.C. Copenhagen!
@@hanx3560 You have to start somewhere - the fact that they are trying to start and implement a new fan culture is vital for english football, which has become nothing but ghost like stadiums and tourists who doesn´t have the right feeling and soul for the club. Alot of english teams could learn from this
@@123wingtsun You have to start somewhere? 30 runners dressed in black, wearing balaclavas and letting off flares with some clown with the rhythym of an ironboard banging a drum that his mate has to hold for him because he's too weak to carry it himself? I bet the ICF are shitting it ahead of their visit soon loool
@@hanx3560 I don´t know if you are talking about hooliganism? Im talking about showing passion, creating an atmosphere and organizing the support for the club. That is - in my opinion - the real soul of football. Not the moderne capitalistic crap going on in the premier league, with silent stadiums and no atmosphere, where the owners don´t care about the fans, but only about making money.
@@hanx3560 And by starting somewhere - is by starting with 30 lads gathering and in some peoples opinions (yours included apparently) looking like some silly buttheads, but over time organizing and gathering thousands of ultras creating an immense atmosphere. Something that every other country - except England - knows keeps the footballing soul alive!
Me again! I have been stopped a number of times by fans experiencing match day for the first time with youngsters asking what time does the Army arrive outside the ground and their route.? I guessed the Army hits the railway tunnel 15 to 20 minutes before kick off! Can anyone help so I get it right in future!? #COYG ⚽️🔴❤️
I love English clubs with ultras The problem with arsenal ultra is they sit or chose the south stand or curva next to the away fans They should sit the north curva is way much better
I’m an arsenal fan, and I’m glad you can no longer hear a pin drop at the emirates and this is all great. But it’s so cringey the fact of just swapping a couple of words from Celtic songs and doing it half as good. Fair play though, but I would definitely try and come up with some more chants, that you do not hear at Celtic park every week.
Best support in London by a mile with Palace in second place. Spurs and Chelsea seem only interested in corporate these days with only tory boys and gits following them..
Let’s be honest , European teams where doing this 25 years ago so let’s not get over excited here . Fair play thought if that’s what it’s takes to get things going good luck 👍👍
