Why? Ashe has one of the weaker mobility in the game, other characters have a cooldown of 6-8 seconds or no cooldown at all, the coach gun does nothing in many situations for example with Genji, Rein, Doomfist. Coach has a huge spread so there is virtually no chance of anything hitting the head, other characters have unlocked headshots on the shootgun so why wouldn't Ashe, she has a small magazine and the longest reload in the game. In addition, her damage decreases with distance from 75 to 25, which is a joke, as Hazo is pounding headshots all over the map and Phara doesn't have to hit and is pounding for 50 . She would be better not op.

I think my rank has nothing to do with it, I have a lot of hours on Ashe. If it goes badly I just change the character, bronze does not understand this. If there is no good healing, and this is usually the case at lower ranks and in games with randoms, the long cooldown of the coach gun definitely reduces survival rate. Is reducing the cooldown to 8 seconds some kind of mega buff? The soldier got a buff even though he didn't need it at all, well maybe only for basic damage. Anyway, I'm not going to argue, because there's no point anyway. If I played with mercy pocket all the time I probably wouldn't see such a need to shorten cooldowns.
