Woody Platt of Steep Canyon Rangers is our guide as we visit the Gaining Grounds Farm and explore this small, organic farm in Leicester, NC on 70 acres of family farm land with the owners Aaron and Anne Grier.
We then turn to the relationship they have nurtured with James Beard award winning chef John Fleer and his downtown Asheville restaurant Rhubarb. This culminates in a meal and roundtable discussion at Rhubarb.
