If you are moving to Atlanta and looking for a neighborhood full of newer builds, you must consider Ashford Park, one of Brookhaven's most popular neighborhoods. I'll show you around this neighborhood, including showing you where residents go shopping, hang out, and of course show you some of the beautiful Ashford Park streets and homes. The home prices in Ashford Park are generally in the $1.3-$2MM range but if you are ok with a smaller home, there are still some older, single-level homes still available in the $600-$800K range. Ashford Park is a short 5-10 minute drive to Buckhead and also not a bad drive if you work over at Emory or even up at the Perimeter area. If you are relocating to Atlanta and need to speak further with your home search, make sure to contact Molly to chat further about the best neighborhood that fits your lifestyle and budget.

I like your videos :-) I am watching from the Czech republic. I´ve been to Atlanta in this May/June, living in the Peachtree tower. Atlanta is beautiful, everywhere is clean, I was close to CNN Center, Centenial park. I visited Lotta Frutta and also Botanical garden. I must definitely return to Atlanta nex year to see more :-)

Thanks for the comment! Lotta Frutta is such a fun find! I really like their fruit. If you ever come back in the winter time, go back to the Botanical Gardens for the holiday lights. They are really neat to see!

Where would be good places to research according to your videos with a price range of 400-550k. Inside the perimeter.

Are you wanting a single-family home, townhome, or condo?

Single family home… would really love to stay in the ITP however, I would not mind living 20 mins outside the city.

@@NIVAD84 I'll be honest, single family homes under $550 ITP is hard. Well, it just depends on what you are open to. If you want more of a traditional large family home, that will be hard. But if you are open to a smaller ranch or bungalow (1000-1500 sq ft), I would check out areas in Southwest Atlanta (Westview, Capitol View, Adair Park), Hapeville you could get a slightly larger home (just nothing currently on the market there--video of this area coming soon!), East Point - they have a little downtown area w/ restaurants, or you could look at areas just south of East Atlanta, Medlock Park, or if you are open to suburbs - I'd check out either Tucker or Smyrna.
