Thanks Carl, yeah they are all a bit different. Especially condition 😁. I wouldn't have known about the fuel dump either if it wasn't for the subbrit site.

Those bunkers are incredible. They look so solidly made. And yeah, it also looked pretty disgusting down there lol. (Hi Lewis).
Hey robby man. Nice clips bud. T'was a cool wee explore indeed. I know you have tagged me on Facebook but I will also share it for your click through rate bud. Liked for you matey. If it wasn't for your wee saviour of a torch.. We would have been doomed haha
Sorry for the late reply I'm playing catch-up 😁. I was quite surprised it wasn't completely flooded, especially with the top off. My latest one has everything in it
Hi thanks for watching. Looking at your channel I presume you know the borders fairly well. The bunker is between Ashkirk and Hawick. As you climb out of Ashkirk on the a7 the road goes straight an has those hidden dips. It's the highest point on the road. As you drive along there is a turning on the left and it's about 100 yards up the hill. There is a website called subbrit. If you search on there it will give you a small map that might help. Any more questions just ask. An happy exploring 😁
@@RobsUrbanExploring hi thanx , yeh from the borders do every ride out, gutted there was none this year, but it cant be helped, do u know if the newtown bunker has been filled?
@@killingloneleyness01 I'm not sure, I met the land owner at Old Melrose a couple of months ago. He was asking about it as I knew more than him. He said he covered it up before but it keeps collapsing in. He did say he would have to do it again for insurance purposes. Only way to know is to have a look. I do know that the one in Earlston has been filled in.
Welcome to my channel il make sure to check out yours too. Most of them are usually flooded. Its not so much the hatch but it can come up through the floor, its a design problem the were fitted with hand pumps next to the ladder to help solve the problem. Im pleased you enjoyed it 🙂
