Ashland Oregon has been a HOT! 🔥Real Estate market for some time. The last couple of years HOME PRICES have been INSANE! 📈

Thanks for all the consistent videos for the southern Oregon area! Would be great to have this type of update on a set schedule. Maybe a quick monthly or quarterly breakdown?

Great question Kelly! It depends on the county you are . Here is a little calculator. Ashland does have some additional Levys (Levies?? - not sure how to spell more than one Levy) for the schools and Parks, but this gives you a ballpark. Sorry but price reductions on homes that are way overpriced to begin with are not encouraging. A 50K drop on a 600K home is still unattainable to 90% of the population. That is the sad fact.
