They were way too hard on her knowing damn well this woman preformed countless of times live, she had one bad performance....they destroyed her for nothing.
She was recovered after her no-live performance on MTV's TRL on September 20, 2004. Ashlee, you're the best. Keep on rockin' with your goth rock look from your jet black hair to the painted black nail polish in her finger nails and toes. I love that she took her shoes and performed her heart and soul with her fully recovered voice. I also loved when she looked at the camera just like Sheena Easton when she sang on the same show in 1984. I didn't know that Ashlee & Kira wrote that song until now. Today, I relived your TRL appearance because I saw you on tv when I was 20 years old, now I'm 38 and still living your grateful looks. Even though you didn't perform live because of the flu, but your heart keep on beating and singing. I love this performance and another one for La La on MTV's TRL in November.👩🎤😍🥰🤩
Pienso lo mismo, fue muy triste la humillación que le hicieron pasar hace mucho, realmente si nunca le hubieran bajado los ánimos de seguir con este Género, ella sería escuchada igual que Avril Lavigne y en la actualidad ella fuera más reconocida, pero desafortunadamente esta es la realidad. 🙁🙌🏼 Creo que el mundo en aquel tiempo no estuvo listo para valorar el talento y fuerza que tenía ashlee al subir al escenario. 🌏😔 En agosto del 2022, conocí esta increíble canción y poco a poco fui conociendo su historia.. Ashlee is a very talented song writer and vocalist. Super cute also. She works really hard for everything , always respect her fans. I still can't see why matter got out of hand that way. Very Sad.
