Right about now, the GA State Senate is reflecting on their own failing for Oversight on these peoples conduct. All this has been going on during their time...without oversight, so, its not just about Fani & Wade getting over...there were probably A-LOT of others prior, doing this. ---thanks to this issue an Audit finds all of this and Suddenly, the tax-payer becomes the victim. 2nd. If the Billing officials in Fulton are NOT requiring such rules and supporting documents to justify their charges. Cob county sounds like it is on-track, Fulton is a train wreck.

The prosecutors representing Willis and Wade had to know about the relationship and that their testimony was false. The prosecutors had an absolute ethical obligation to stop and inform the judge. This is why the whole office must be booted and the case dismissed.

Wrong. When Merchant was asked to explain her case references which pertained to the hearing, she couldn't and she used irrelevant case law. I would not hire her. If you observed her during the hearing, she was constantly flipping through papers. She was in constant motion. You can not just put any case reference in a case and think that no one is going to check it. She got called out.
