This song is so well written. I want to stick her in a writing room with Michael Hardy. Girl has an incredible voice. I catch glimpses of her pushing vocals past this pop-ier vibe and I get excited for years down the road. Hoping she gets a little rowdier and pushes it. Maren Morris keeps talking about sexism in country music, I honestly think we just need some producers that aren't afraid of letting a gal go all Ashley Mcbryde and stepping into her diaphragm. This song feels like the emotion was muted and it was sang with a smile. Makes me wonder what the producer was doing
