Marisha was clearly the weakest one in the group at one point, but she has grown quite a lot. She holds her own. There are no weak links now.

I never particularly felt she was a weak link, other than at times she seemed to struggle trying to portray Keylith's innocent nature, and how she seemed to have fewer acting credits than the others. But yeah, this, as well as her reveal of her origin (and how she never cracked a smile as the revelation hit the others) really shows how good she is.

I think it's reasonable to see Keyleth, with wildly unchecked swings in personality and morality, then Beau, who is mostly nothing throughout season 2, and believe Marisha isn't very good. I may not like some of her characters (Taliesen's too) but she's talented!

I have an even crazier batch of conspiracy theories: - _Imogen_ becomes the big bad as D corrupts her relationship with Laudna to the point that she becomes power hungry and the perfect vessel - _everyone_ but Orym becomes the BBEG squad, and finale is maybe Crownkeepers vs the Hells, or even just the Hells vs Orym and Dorian (and maybe even the most recent guest character, but my bet's on them being part of an eventual evil squad)

Those two are two of a kind.

Delilah died with a arm blown off and multiple wounds and then came back whole. She's not a vampire, from what I recall, nor a Lich in the traditional sense... She could be a Lich I guess, and Laudna is her phylactery, so like Sauron, Delilah drained the item of its essence to power up. Question remains, will she take over Laudna or create a new body? It's a very good warlock patron and character set up either way.

TL:DR Delilah Briarwood (who is Laudna's Patron) forcibly drained a mutative fey shard, causing Laudna to break her word to Imogen but also: DELILAH BRIARWOOD IS UP TO SOME SHIT

The gem was taken from the shade mother, the players knew it was bad, but the characters didn't know, and Imogen had been specifically drawn to it after she grabbed it, and Laudna had felt curiosity towards it. This was from I believe e22, definitely the end of the episode.
