I know Ashley isn’t going to win but nothing will change the fact she is the best contestant this show has ever had in all 16 seasons

Just look at her go. Even if she is a ‘trained dancer’ isn’t she an absolute joy to watch, and isn’t that the point? Above all this is a tv show with the aim of entertaining the viewer, and she’s done a fabulous job of that. I think it’s about time people sat back, relaxed and stopped taking Strictly so seriously😂

Ashley doesn't have the best public relations, but it's undeniable that she is the best technical dancer this season. I hope people vote her justice for the final.

Ashley has been a joy to watch. The show has always included 'experienced' contestants, some have even gone on to win. The hate towards those with experience has grown steadily worse over the years, possibly because of the rise in social media critique. Unfortunately this has meant Ashley, and Alexandra last year, has received terrible abuse. It's completely unwarranted. It's an entertainment show, not the World Cup of Dancing, and Ashley and Pasha have certainly entertained. I hope she goes all out in the finals, and show us what she's made of, after a torrid few weeks. Pasha should go crazy for the show dance, his choreography this series has been phenomenal, and it's been quite a wait since Caroline to see him able to dance and perform like this with a contestant. Go and smash it on Saturday, Pashley!

I've been a huge supporter of Ashley since day one and have for voted for her in numerous amounts every single week. It's a shame about all the hate that she recieved - all Ashley wanted to do was have fun and learn a new dance style to her (and yet the horrid GBP couldn't even let her do that). She's worked hard every week to produce some amazing dancing and I feel priveliged to have witnessed it all - after all, that's why I watch Strictly. Not for "the journey" of contestants but simply for good dance. If you don't want her to win, fine. She won't. The celebs with dance experience never win as the final is based on public vote and not scores. I'll still vote for her anyway because she's one of the best dancers ever to go on the show. She may not win, but I will look back on all of her dances with fondness. And Ashley, if you ever read this, I want you to know what you're doing is amazing. The haters can hate but no one can take away your love and passion of performance and dance.You're a lovely, kind-hearted, humble woman who's doing her late father proud.

Its a shame that people don't see that Ashley has improved as well. Pasha's choreography is beautiful and difficult, and she always delivers.

I am a massive fan of joe and Diane but I totaly disagree with all the comments that’s say she has dance experience blah blah blah she tries so hard every week she deserves this final and Ik she won’t win cos she’s been in the dance of 3 times despite her amazing scores but she should keep on staying strong and should focus on the gud things

All those people complaining and bullying her for any previous dance experience, needs to realize something; Ashley didn't put herself on the show.... All that nonsense towards her needs to be directed to the show's producers not her. They knew what they were doing.

I think in her mind, Ashley knows she isn’t going to win because people just aren’t taking to her. The fact that she’s been in the dance off the past 3 times means they aren’t voting for her. They weren’t voting then, they still won’t vote for her in the final. But I still love watching them dance. She is amazing pasha is amazing enough said. To be honest who really cares about winning a trophy at the end of the day Ashley is the contestant that will be remembered years from now. She will be featured on the best of strictly DVD’s and her videos will rack up more views over the years than the others. Just like Alexandra Burke last year and Danny Mac the year before. People learn to appreciate them after the show ends and remember how good certain dances were. That’s the strictly legacy. I cant remember who won from year to year but I can name all the contestants who did stand out dances over the years and most of them didn’t win the show. The winner this year will be know in a few years as an over rated contestant who was popular like so many winners before.

I just found this and did not watch this show (Im not form UK), but can someone explain to me why she did not win? I mean the obvious talent and ease she has, her facial expressions, her energy, her RANGE! She can do passionate, funny, sexy, contemporary emotion. Wow, I am in awe.

Personally, each of the finalists have a deserved spot in the finals. Each contestant has contributed to the show in their own way as well as bring a new audience to Strictly's doorstep.Being from the US and having no weight in the voting, Strictly should have a clearer set of requirements to becoming a contestant on the show. This would avoid all of the unwarranted backlash towards the contestants. If it's about the journey, then those with dance experience shouldn't have the opportunity to participate. If that's not the case, then this is something the public has to accept. The producers of the show know who they are casting and should do their best to make sure the show is as authentic as possible. As for the public, its our job to not ruin this experience for the current contestants, as well as future ones. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all! As for the show, my almost 2 year and myself love watching. It makes my heart melt watching her try to perform the moves. AND thats what dance is all about.

Ashley's an internationally renown dancer. With this couple Pasha's the nervous one. Ashley is also adorable, she sttled here in UK and fitted in wonderfully. Strictly asked her, what was she meant to do turn down the money? You think the producers didn't get all the money in Pussy Cat Dolls? She gave it all, can't ask for more than that. The haters need to calm the f. down.

I understand and agree that it isn't fair to compare all the contestants with the same standard, given the significant difference in experience, but that doesn't mean Ashley had not also worked very hard to deliver wonderful dances and performances with all these different styles! I think it's fair to expect more from her, but she totally delivered! Definitely doesn't deserve to be in the dance off so many times, how disheartening that must feel for them both. Hope they know how much all of us enjoyed their performances ❤️

These types of dancers are the opposite of the ones who are quite poor at dancing but are entertaining to watch, we all know that Ashley type dancers won't win but we get to see entertaining and challenging routines performed at such a high standard

IDC if she doesn't win (Joe's fans won't let that happen) I'm just happy she's is in the final so I can watch every dance they let her do. And it was nice to see Pasha with a contender after so long. My favourites were their: CCC, Charleston, Jive, American Smooth, Samba, Rumba, Foxtrot, Contemporary (lol pretty much all of them) Didn't care for their Paso, Tango and their Quickstep

Sorry for Ashley...she would have been better off doing dancing with the stars...the shows come from the same place but are different...Strictly is very much more about the journey....Stacey to win. Joe might do it ... they came from nowhere to dancing. Granted she does not have ballroom experience but she has been around and participated in dance for yrs just like her pal Nicole who won Dancing with the stars. I like her but not Strictly

She’s got too much dance experience. Joe isn’t as good and neither is Stacey who talks too much and makes it all about her. Faye is the only winner this year, she is genuinely humble and the best dancer.

She's way too overqualified to be a contestant being an actual great dancer.
