Do you know if Emily from the same artist and company is made of the same material? As they are both listed as being made of Real Touch Vynil but seem to be more like silicone?
emilys are real touch vinyl the above doll is a type of silicone, you cant mix silicone with vinyl so ive heard so when china states silicone vinyl its not true or any site that sells similar dolls and kits.but most are made in china if not all including kits no matter what price you pay for them, cant think of much that isnt made in china anymore lol x
its not an emily its a stephanie, she also did hailey and they were silicone of some sort i have the above doll also, they came out years ago and i must say they looked a lot more like newborn babies than most of the newborns on ashton drake now, i know emily is over 20 years old as i bought my first one when my daughter was around 7 she is 28 now so this one is around 18 years old or not far off, back when ashton drake dolls generally did look realistic, now days the silicones look like dolls eyes not newborn colour very large doll like eyes, i prefer getting second hand ones now that i didnt get years ago if i can find them, linda webb did a welcome home baby boy, hes cute with chubby cheeks and neck looks newborn kind of realistic but his heads just way too small nothing like a realistic shape looks better as a girl with a headband on to widen his head at the top
