Reminds me of another school that had two p4 wins before playing Boise and was undefeated and high scoring go go offense… that ended with 7-8 sacks on their mobile qb and Jeanty going for 256 yards and 4 scores.
Well you were half right. Keaton was contained. Held to 128 yards. But, couldn’t stop him on a goal line and on the last drive to run out the clock. Props to Mad Dog Madsen. Making plays when needed. He did leave some points on the field with bad throws. Glad as a BSU fan to com away with the win.
I live in Vegas and Unlv is a great story and a good team but Boise will win this game it will be high scoring and fun to watch and jeanty isn’t the only great player in this game ricky white is a stud he’s a true NFL caliber receiver who also has a huge effect on special teams.
45-31 Boise win, this is another team hyped like Wazzou offensively that will run into a top 25 defense nationally. Not a chance they stop Jeanty either. We rotate other backs to give him breaks and they’re studs as well. We’ll struggle in the air in some moments as we always do but they come together in the second half and hold it down to the wire if they have to.
you can't name a single best defensive player for BSU because they have a several really good defensive players. Gonna be a hard fought game, but trusting BSU will win.
Maybe these guys forgot BSU is the #1 sack team in the nation. Their secondary is suspect, but BSU has been controlling the trenches on both sides of the ball. I see a lot of talk up on UNLV's defense and coach.....somehow forgetting that BSU has Koetter. You know, a long time successful NFL caliber OC and even head coach. I highly respect UNLV's defense this year. They will for sure be scheming up a plan for Jeanty. However, I think Koetter will be scheming up a plan for Ashton & the offense as well. He hasn't had to do a whole lot yet this year because Jeanty breaks so many long runs that Koetter hasn't really had to unleash his plan B, C, or D yet. UNLV will definitely be Boise State's biggest challenge. They will have to stop Jeanty first. If they can do that, they will need to outsmart Koetter’s adjustments. I had doubts early on in the season, but after seeing how they handled Oregon and Washington State......I am not convinced UNLV will present something Oregon didn't already present....BSU should have won that game. Good luck to both teams....this will be a good one.
They are about to be reminded that UNLVs qb has a qb rating of 39 when pressured. They don’t understand we’re about to pressure his ass more than he’s been pressured all year… and that’s just defensively. If Oregon state rushed 160 in UNLV jeanty is about to cream pie this defense and the play action passing will break their backs. Boise state wins 45-28.
Defense is elite in the front 5 idk wtf yall are smoking leading the nation in sacks top 25 in stopping the run u cant say they are going to run the ball if unlv wins it will be through the air
I just know Boise states going to get 4-6 sacks… Boise st is wining 45-28 Jeanty will run that defense ragged and Boise states play action will break UNLVs back.
