This is Outer Manchuria - which the Chinese lost to the Russian during the Qing Dynasty. The question is will Russia return this piece of land back to China. If not, will Russia preserve the land and protect the wilderness and wild animals and not go this area and chop down the trees, kill the tigers or other wild animals.
