Daniel, I believe that the current situation is a result of there being five major ethnic groups living in one country. There are bound to be disagreements, and even violence sometimes, given the huge spectrum of views represented in this country. I also believe that the pandemic has driven many people crazy, and that they are literally now "at the end of their ropes." I believe that the current attacks against Asians are actually attacks against the cultural norms that allowed the pandemic to occur in the first place.

Exactly, mental illness isn't an excuse for violence. All who cross that line to harm others physically should be held accountable under the law. @La Vida Loco difference between the truth AND anti blackness. One. They are right, there are many black folks who are racist towards the Asian community. And the Asian community hardly gets any attention, that’s the truth. What is ANTI BLACK is that they mention the blm movement. You do not need to mention the movement which took black people MANY decades to get recognition for others, to speak about Asian issues. What is also anti black is that they ONLY mentioned how it was black people doing the crime. They mentioned their race. When it was a white man saying the slurs, they never mentioned his race. They said “man”. The difference. There’s truth in this video for sure, but bringing down one race when many races does the same, is just weird. I understand, Asian people are fed up, I know how that feels when ur people are being abused by racist people. But being anti black isn’t going to solve the problem it divide the two races. A lot of these people have just as much hate for and have exhibited violence towards the very groups of people they claim are attacking them. It’s obvious they have been blindsided. I see it too. It's been happening for awhile. I'm around quite a few Asians and I know many Black people who live in more Asian areas. I didn't think Asians and Black people had any sort of intense negative contact with one another until I looked on social media and saw Black people mad at Asians for something or Asians mad at Black people for something. It's a mess. 😔
Same here but I also hear my people and many blk people fear that asians ate trying to become the next wht supremacists. They don't understand that you're as diverse as we are so they lump all asians together. Those who do understand the cultural differences specifically are afraid of take overs by China and/or Japan. They have no assurances whatsoever that blk people will escape slave class with asia in charge either. This is America. Racism isn't going anywhere.
This what the MSM is very good at, they are to blame for the racial divide in our country, we, as individuals need to learn proper civilized behavior to one another, all races. “ONE HUMAN FAMILY”.👍🏼🤛🏽✌🏻🤛🏽 🙌🏿
This still feels like a hate crime. These a-holes sunk a new low for harming anyone vulnerable like the elderly, women, or children. There is no excuse over it. Whoever killed this man (intentional or not) in such a way should NOT get away with it and it doesn't matter the race. EVERYONE can be equally guilty if they committed a crime.
It's absolutely ridiculous how people are trying to make this a race thing. Some few isolated incidents. These asians are clearly racist. Making everything about race like this silly protest creates more racism. Mostly on the protestors side, but you will make others despise you for being so selfish and unintelligent. Notice how all of these crimes happen to white people as well? You're racist and biased twist58.
“Everyone can be equally guilty if they committed a crime” Unless you are from/support CNN, then only white people can be racist. 😂 This coming from a moderate who sees MSM as cancer.
@@jacobferdinand8529 you're just a racist venting your anger, you want minorites to be killed and hanged... You're full of hate and disdain for others. You should know that racists are the lowest of the low, pathetic douche
@@elcidcampeador497 that's not the point the point is it's not only black people doing this and the black people who are doing this are being condemned by black people who support Asian communities. You saying that we'll just call him green Martians is dismissive of the idea that you can talk about Asian hate crimes without being anti-black.
So when people say “don’t be racist” they’re actually saying “don’t be racist to black people.” How hypocritical and disgusting. Racism can be against any color.
So it makes racism towards the black community okay? Y'all throw the black community in the mix like PARSLEY. They talked the "black community" attacking the elderly asians, but I saw more white people than black people doing anything. You are playing the white man's game, and you don't even know it.
@@makkawww0412 First: no one said it’s okay to be racist to black or any color Second: Some black peoples said ALM means their life doesn’t matter “even tho it’s says ALL” Third: You saw more white people in the video being racist, well of course this is a video that is trying to get Asian and blacks together against white because “we know they are all racist and have white privilege” Edit: I’m Chinese I experienced racism, but what annoys me is the fact that some minorities make them self feel discriminated against, like bruv don’t blame other people for racism when you are the racist.
@@makkawww0412 lol did I say anything about it being acceptable to be racist against the black community? Don't read in between the lines and try to "imply" what I actually mean, I'm not some poet. I said what is written and I'm not changing it. Nothing you say will change the fact that racism comes in all colors, not just black.
You're comment is pure stupidity, where is the hypocrisy if no one ever said "don't be racist to black people only", it had to be said in order for it to be hypocritical
@@1ledluverjlp I disagree. If the man that has committed the act, the motive could have been to intentionally knock him unconscious or kill him. Charge him with murder & maybe we will get the motive.
In order for a murder charge to have a successful conviction, it has to be proven that it was his intent to kill the victim. Considering when he shoved the man he didn't even check to see his condition it shows that it was not his intent to kill but instead to cause injury. If he were charged with murder it's unlikely he would be convicted and would walk free because of that.
@@1ledluverjlp We are still missing the fact that he is elderly & couldn't defend himself, in which is why we was targeted. He did not pick anyone his own age & size, and can easily overpower the weak. My argument is that he selected this person out of ethnic basis & began attacking and left him assuming he was unconscious if not dead. He may be upset that Asian folk may have carried the virus in & wanted to do something about it. Ethnic Pre-meditation
@@MAG320 none of that makes any difference on whether he should receive a murder charge or a manslaughter charge. Any judge or jury will see that the guy didn't make sure he was dead and just walked away having no real idea what his condition was showing that it was not his goal to kill. The most that can be proven is the guy saw the old man on the street and just decided to shove him.
@@WORLD8NSH5KNIGHT1 BLM is about the systemic targeting and nonjudicial killings by officers. Racism and bigotry at the individual level has to be dealt with through education and solidarity.

It makes me even more mad when i see black people being rasist. Out of all the stuff we have gone through as a people and you have the nerve to do it to someone else. Gives me second hand embarrassment
You are the first person (whom I imagine is black) to recognize that everyone is capable of being racist. Even black people. Half of my family is a minority minority, and they claim they don’t have solidarity with any group, and powerful white majority will take advantage of that. We don’t know anyone’s struggles until we walk a mile in someone’s shoes. Black people won’t know an Asian person’s struggles, and an Asian person won’t know an Indian persons struggle and so on so forth.
@@snowman4008 agreed, when the virus spread Chinese were being mad racist to black Africans out there. They posted signs on restaurants saying black aren’t welcome and treated black Africans like they’re the ones who caused the virus outbreak. Plus Asians actually relate to and associate their selves with white people more and would also discriminate and show prejudice towards us.
@@snowman4008 What you just typed was extremely racist lol, generalising a race and demonising it and saying they deserve it? Might want to rethink your morals it's hypocritical. Where is your evidence of every asian being racist towards blacks? Your blanket statement and can be applied in reversal "Blacks are racist to asians karma lol". This sort of thinking is exactly what causes and normalises race conflict
I guess they forgot about that korean lady who shot and killed a young black woman who was just buying orange juice. And the best part she only got a manslaughter charge and probation. She left the us after her verdict and never came back, effectively got off the hook

Nice cherry picking you got going on here. The Anti-blackness from the Asian community it terrible.
