A video about the Elephants in Kaziranga Nationalpark, Assam, India. It might appear "slow" in some parts but this is the real thing with animals. Not the action-style that you normally see in documentaries where there is one extraordinary scene added to the next one.
Full-HD High-Quality Footage available at wildonscreen.tv
Sorry for the prominent watermark, but otherwise the footage would get used without my permission too many times.

The best kind of animal footage, no editing or music and just them, the environment and their everyday life. Wonderful.

Thank you so much for these videos; I enjoy them tremendously. You alluded to one of the main reasons why in your description. Although I love nature documentaries, footage like this offers a refreshing change of pace. Gone is the copious usage of tired effects, like slow motion, and the bombastic soundtrack, overshadowing the action unfolding before me, that tries to dictate how I am supposed to feel. Instead, I am allowed to sit back, relax, and observe my absolute favorite animals simply being themselves (those young bulls were especially fun to watch), feeling as though I am alongside them thanks to the immersive ambient sound. I aspire to visit a number of the places you have showcased in your videos (chief among them New Guinea), but Kaziranga in particular has ranked highly on my list for many years. Thank you for allowing me to live vicariously through you for a little while, and to satiate my hunger for exploration despite living halfway around the world. I look forward to your future uploads.

Truly makes me happy to get coments like Yours. Not too many people appreciate the ideo behind this kind of editing. And yes, there is a lot going to follow soon.

Elephants are such lovely animals. They need all the help they can get these days. In regards to deforestation (one of many threats to elephants), a wide variety of things can be done to help reduce the rate of it. One thing that might help would be to keep our wooden furniture for as long as possible. If we replace it with brand new furniture too frequently, the demand for fresh wood will remain. While the demand for wood remains high, loggers will continue chopping trees down in high numbers. Some of the wooden furniture in my home is over 30+ years old and still in good condition. I have no plans to replace it any time soon. Wooden furniture can last a long time if you take care of it. Replanting trees and allowing everything else to grow back should be heavily promoted. For one thing, it will help make it more difficult for poachers to access certain areas populated by elephants.

My parents brought sofa 35 years ago. I have no planes to change it.😀👍🏻🙏🏻🤞🏻 BTW, quality of wood is also matter. Ours is Sagaun (sagwan) hard wood.

When Linnaeus gave the Asian elephant its scientific name Elephas maximus, which means greatest elephant, I think he used it as a blanket term for all elephants and all three elephant species are the greatest land animals. By greatest, I mean “biggest” or “largest.” Do you think so?

You should know that asiatic elephants are not defined by Elephas maximus, they are actually defined by the genus Elephas as a whole, there are over eighteen recognized species of asiatic elephant: the †Jordan Elephant (Elephas jordanensis), the †Arabian Elephant (Elephas arabicus), the †Turkish Elephant (Elephas turcicus), the †Caucasian Elephant (Elephas caucasicus), the †Syrian Elephant (Elephas asurus), the Indian Elephant (Elephas indicus), the Sri Lanka Elephant (Elephas maximus), the †Chinese Elephant (Elephas rubridens), the †Falconer's Elephant (Elephas hysudricus), the †Flat-Headed Elephant (Elephas platycephalus), the Bangladeshi Elephant (Elephas bangladeshiensis), the Indochinese Elephant (Elephas vietnamensis), the Sumatran Elephant (Elephas sumatrensis), the †Javan Elephant (Elephas sondaicus), the †Blora Elephant (Elephas hysudrindicus), the Bornean Elephant (Elephas borneensis), the †Beyer's Elephant (Elephas beyeri), and the †Sulawesi Dwarf Elephant (Elephas celebensis), because the term "asiatic elephant" refers to the genus Elephas as a whole, the genus never existed in Africa and is exclusively present in Asia.

The ratio of the weight of a few humans to the weight of an adult elephant is probably equivalent to the weight of your clothes to the weight of your body. How *DO* you manage ... ?
