❤️ INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg of meat (beef, veal, mutton, lamb)
- 400-500g white radish
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 large slices of ginger
- 2-3 star anise
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 red chili pepper (Optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon mandarin-orange peel
- 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine (or other rice wine)
- 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of black soy sauce
- 1 spoonful of oyster sauce
- 2 good spoons of hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar (white also works)
