Bond yield at 7% so logically no point of giving 13-14 PE to companies growing at 7% as equity is risker investment. Forget about 50 PE. To give PE more than 13-14, companies has to grow more than 10% (7% growth+3% equity risk premium). For 50 PE, it needs to grow 30%+ with at least 10 yrs visibility

Hello Basant ji, myself Mune Gowda from Bangalore. I was looking into two hospitals Narayana Hrudayalaya (NH), PE/32, ROE/32 and Global Health (Medanta) PE/64, ROE/18. Both have almost similar market cap, revenue and operating margins. Only difference is the share capital. NH is 4 times higher than Medanta. Is higher share capital is the reason for low PE?, please please take my question😊

Sir, Mkt ne apne aap ko rebalance Kiya our IT sector ko add Kiya. Agar client delivery leta he to koi bhi exchange pe le sakta he aur bech sakta he. Agar client intraday karenga to same exchange pe hi karna padega waha nse ka bse aur bse ka nse nahi chalenga. Apna bhi tin kam hone chahiye 1) mkt se paise kamana, 2) mkt se paise kamana aur 3) mkt se paise kamana. This not for selfishness but agar aap ka stand hoga to aap kisi ko stend de paoge chahe phir wo Paisa ho ya mkt Gyan ya aur kuch bhi jo aap ke basme ho.
