he's lying. He is saying that all matches are fixed. It is impossible to fix matches this way. Betting is different than actual fixing. What he is talking about is betting. Match fixing is trying to change the outcome of the game. ICC Anti-corruption unit exists for a reason where they monitor the communication 100% and if there is any issues, they will ban the player and team.
