But again for other people who share their portfolio with IT large cap stock and other large cap you tell they are mota hathy, sotha hathy etc… and tell them not to buy. You also said we need to sell the stock once it’s growth is stagnated and come out of it, like deboarding a train (eg titan and Tata power you came out). So with these two advices I am Little bit confused with your words, or I am not able to understand in which situation how we need to play. I require a suggestion: I am a mechanical engineer(45yrs) and my father is farmer(71yrs) 2years back we lost 2acres of land (total of 5acres) to government for canal project. We got 30lakhs as compensation and wanted to buy 2acres again but the land price has gone up 2.5times to 3times so with the available government compensation we are not able to buy. Since I am listening you from past 4months I told my father to invest with you and then when the amount multiplies we will buy the land and continue with agriculture. I am thinking to invest full amount in small case as it gives high return. Please advice it my thought right. My thought is if it comes big I will buy big and do agriculture. if it goes I have to continue to live with my salary (60k/month) and continue some amount of farming as hobby with available 3acres land.

After that portfoilio 1cr-10cr Annual return 20% means 20lakh-2cr Now i will spend 20% of the profit i earned ie 4lakh-40 lakh. After 10cr+ portfolio Annual return 20% =2cr+ Now i will spend 30% of my annual retun that is 60lakh+. Incase kisi saal m negative return ayga toh m pse khrch nhi krunga.
