I have extreme depression and I have resorted to using self harm to cope with it. I have been hiding it for over a year now. I also have Categelaphobia ( fear of being ridiculed ) and that makes telling someone even harder than it already is. I also have an extreme fear of being judged, getting in trouble, and blown off/ abandoned when I need someone most. I have already tried about twenty-five methods to stop, all have failed in the end. I can only manage to stay clean for a couple of hours when truly trying to stop self harming. Any suggestions? I *WILL NOT* tell anyone about it so please don't suggest telling someone...
