Today's question is all about her thoughts on cosmetic tattoos, and Lousje sheds some light on her experience with the process. I have a big personality and wear unique, flowy clothes and large chunky jewelry that match my personality and are comfortable to wear. That is what gives me pleasure and confidence! If I don’t attract a man because of what I am wearing, it is his loss and he is not worthy of my company anyway. Live your life for you and wear what makes you happy!🥳

Well, I was thinking of having my eyebrows done, but now I won’t. Thank you. I love your common sense attitude about things. That dress is stunning on its own but you make it look fabulous. I miss the shop being open and being able to drop by. If anyone is talking to Cate please congratulate her for me on the birth of her daughter. Love the Sunday morning talks with my coffee and my doggie on my lap.

I had microblade done first and then tattoo. The tattoo was much more successful. Perhaps it was the person but I have been pleased with it.

I had my brows, eyes and lips tattooed with a plant base ink(at the time I didn’t know there was a difference). Brows and liner were great-painful but no regrets. Lips was another story-very very painful, couldn’t smile and ended up getting a wart on the upper arch of the lip that I had to get removed but the scar tissue remains and one side of the arch is permanently damaged. I have never regretted the brows and liner. As my brows are quite sparse now, the line remains a guide I can freshen up with powdered brow and brush. Also FYI-as you know our skin is always shedding and you may find that sometimes you don’t see much liner or brow but it does naturally return. Good show Lousja.

I had my eyebrows micro bladed 2 years ago for the first time and have had them touched up once…so glad I did it and absolutely no regrets! Yes, it is painful and the tears will flow during the process AND for 2 weeks they will be dark, then scabby and a bit gross. It’s very important to find a qualified, highly recommended esthetician…definitely do your research if considering this process. I had very dark, heavy brows when I was young but then they became sparse and asymmetrical as I got into my 60’s and I was tired of filling them in and trying to get them to look even. I think they look so much better now and appear very natural. I agree that getting eyeliner tattooed would be very scary and I wouldn’t even consider that or lips for that matter, as I tend to wear lip gloss rather than lipstick.

Omg, I have the same painful eyebrow story and I also got my full lips done, OUCH! I’m eeding to go again as it’s been several years but am putting it off for a little while.Lousj, let me say you are stunning in this dress. I also like to wear my clothes on the loose side , it’s what I’m comfortable in. If a man is attracted to you it isn’t for what you’re wearing. Great talking, see you next time😊♥️

I too had microblading about 9 years ago and it was the most painful horrible experience. All i remember was wishing the procedure to be over the minute it started. It was a 2 stage process and i would not recommend if you hate needles. They use a razor blade and make slits in your skin with the dye. Keep on using pencil lol Lousje your outfit is beautiful. Glad you got the chance to style it on couch talk. Great topics and great stories❤

Loved this segment. I haven’t done any tattoos or micro blading. My eyebrows have gone as white as my hair. I use an eyebrow mascara and I’m still trying to find the correct shade. When I coloured my hair my stylist would colour my eyebrows. Now that I’m not colouring I’m looking for something to dye them. Anyone out there had any success with brow dyes?

Loved to hear your thoughts on things! Many of them I can relate to. Enjoy your couch talks. 10 years ago I had my my eyebrows tattooed, also eyeliner and my lips! Yup..not all at one’s! Far as the eyebrows and the eyeliner goes..the best thing I have ever done! The pain was bearable 😅 my lips oh boy it hurt so much 😢 I’m in the same boat I need to kind a fill in here and there! Still looks good and in the past 10 years I had it re touched it twice! Hope this helps! Far as baggy clothes or fitted clothes to attract men! I personally worn and wear clothes that makes me happy and comfortable! A confident woman always more desirable ! 💕 in my humble opinion.

I had my eyeliner tatooed on. Boy, did I swell!!! I wear eyeshadow, so the effort on the lid was totally lost! My eyes appeared underlined and both tatoos are still visable today, just lighter!

Your tattoos look lovely but fyi there is an increased risk of lymphoma with tattoos because the inks are carcinogenic! Please do all your homework before doing anything permanent so your body. By the way I love that dress and sweater combo but it is sold out☹

Loved your segment this morning. I just wanted to share that I had my eyebrows tattooed about five years ago. Best thing I ever spent my money on. It was a little painful and the girl kept applying a numbing cream to help. I think the micro blading is more painful. It took me a lot of years to get up the nerve but I I have never regretted doing it. Go for it if you are thinking of it.
