Select connect your Twitch account.
Sign in to your Amazon.com account.
Sign in to your Twitch account and then select Confirm.
Now go here and click the purple Subscription drop-down on the right side of the page. Check the box for Free Twitch Prime Subscription at the bottom of the box that pops up. Click Subscribe Free and you're done! You have to re-subscribe every month, but you won't have to link your accounts ever again:
