Exactly. And I'm glad she called Olivia's fake ass out. I understand her wanting to stand by her husband, but her constant justification of his shady, self-centered actions is so aggravating. She's just as bad as the rest of the Quartermaines. At least Michael had somewhat noble motivations. Please keep Lois in town. She's incredible, and brings great consistency for those of us who remember her years ago; especially with Bobbi gone (RIP). She could have an Emmy-worthy role if she took Nina's half of the Metro court and became a mentor for Liv's son with their mutual mathematical brains bringing the genius aspects of autism to light.

Lois is awesome. I am glad she is back on the show. Does anyone else think that the end music they played during the credits didn't really match the tone of the last scene. Carly tells Drew her really bad news, and then the credits roll with happy bubbly Christmas music. It might have been better to roll the credits with the standard theme song.
Why was only Sonny's happiness paramount? Sonny didn't seem to give a damn about all the damage Nina's original lies caused to anyone who he professes to love 😡. They all grieved for him. His constant hyperbole when it comes to Nina has been nauseating, “he’s never been happier…she’s helped him through the hardest times of his life, etc.” she isn’t a changed woman, she’s the same as she ever was, and really why wouldn’t she be when she keeps getting rewarded for her hurtful actions? “Keeping the peace,” is not only a poor excuse, it’s a short-sighted one, Nina being Nina, wasn’t it just a matter of time before she tried to go after Carly again?
Lois is my girl! I'm glad she told Sonny which in turn put the get fresh crew on the spot/hook. I also think Sonny deep down had his suspicions. Honestly, I don't feel bad for Sonny or Nina.

I think it could've been handled better, but "it's a soap." Lois needs to leave the Quartermaine mansion immediately. After the row she and Olivia had, they can't possibly co-exist in that house. Oddly, Olivia was the one who walked out of her own house.

Michael is the favorite. He more than anyone knows who and what Sonny is. He has taken the full brunt of being related to Sonny. That said, he still loves his father. That's why when he saw Sonny, who owes him at least by always having his back, when he saw him take the witness stand for Nina...which meant against Michael, Michael went off the rails to destroy the lie JM and Sonny sold to him all his life. Like it or not, in that moment Sonny betrayed his own code.
Finally the big reveal! I’m so excited to see the truth finally being exposed and maybe just maybe now Sonny will see how fraudulent Nina is. Kudos for Lois seeing right through the nonsense and not compromising her integrity for any of these secret keepers trying to enhance their own agendas. Also the news of Barbara Jeans passing, Laura Wright is gonna act the hell out of these scenes. How nice would it be to see Luke and his kids return to town to say goodbye to their beloved aunt? First, by what metric does Sonny’s happiness outweigh all other consideration’s? How is it “keeping the peace,” to cover for Nina when given who she really is, not the “changed woman” Sonny chose to buy into, isn’t it only a matter of time until Nina feels compelled To go after Carly again, or even anyone in his organization she has issues with? A lot of things may have changed about Sonny, but not his antipathy/attitude toward law enforcement/authorities, only under extreme circumstances would he cooperate, let alone volunteer information to the Feds, which his bride did for a petty reason! There’s been speculation that this iteration of Sonny will forgive and forget, but can he really afford to? Doesn’t it set a bad precedent, among his employees and his family, to “condone”such internal hostilities? Nina can hate Carly, like Connie/Kate did before her, but she shouldn’t be claiming to be past it and fully on board to put “family first,” when she really isn’t! As his wife, she will inevitably become privy to sensitive and/or damaging information, can he really trust that said info will go no further or won’t be put to some other use? Then there’s his stature and credibility within his business community to consider, should his wife’s “snitching” become public knowledge. Don’t forget how the remaining “Families” tried to pressure Jason into taking Carly out on the basis of the knowledge she could potentially snitch to the Feds!

@@blackstorm9755 I don’t agree with how Michael chose to handle the Nina “situation,” but setting aside his rationale for keeping silent, if Michael had told on Nina earlier, it’s more than possible that Sonny would have refused to believe his son, given Sonny’s default position of siding with Nina against anyone and anything! Sonny continues to be willfully obtuse when Michael referenced possibly jeopardizing their tenuous reconciliation. It’s no longer a given that family comes first with Sonny. Relations were more than broken, they were smashed when Sonny chose Nina and her feelings over his devastated family, and had the gall to be surprised and outraged that he got pushback! On account of Nina he actually told Michael, “You’re dead to me!” Sonny has a lot to answer for!

I don't agree with it, but I understand Olivia keeping Dante's paternatity a secret for his safety. But as soon as Dante became Dominic, she should have told them both the truth. She knew the risks and what was truly at stake better than anyone because she was the only one who wasn't in the dark. Yes, Dante was deceitful, and yes, Sonny pulled the trigger, but that whole mess was her fault.

Michael didnt do it out of love for Sonny . He didn't want Nina around his family and he took that opportunity to do so. This is not the first time that Michael has done something to get back at Sonny. If it wasn't for Willow asking him not to send Sonny to jail he would have did so when him and Dex got that information. Michael has a mean streak.
