Crossed finger man! When i saw them using playbacks for Danny’s part like almost for entire setlist i thought AA were totally done, boy how i was wrong. They are really preparing for something.
For old songs live. Does this mean we are going back to at the very least semi old school AA for future albums? Doubtful. It would be a waste of talent if he didn't scream on at least 3 or 4 songs on the next album as he has been taking vocal lessons for as year now.
I think Danny mentioned he was working with a vocal coach to reduce the damage done by screaming to his vocal chords. Seems to be working. Good job Danny!!
I'm not going to hold my breath but vocally, yes I would agree. But I doubt you will hear many songs going forward with screaming/growling in them. Maybe 5% at most in the future. Unfortunately like many old school AA fans like myself want to hear AT LEAST 4 songs per album with screaming in them, but Danny's heart is not in it anymore. I have seen multiple interviews where he never liked it. It's really disappointing. I got into AA to begin with just based on Danny's brutal vocals alone. And as much as I appreciate he took vocal lessons in the past year or so, so he can do songs like "A Prophecy", "Killing You", "Breathless" and "To The Stage" justice (for the most part, understandable with age), It will only be for old songs live, no new songs.
@@CanuckIVjust wait until they're next single is released, that's all I'm saying. Nobody knows what they will do, but Danny's said the next single is supposed to be heavier than Slaughter to Prevail so who knows.
@@lukesch98 I hope so. I think I heard that in a interview with Danny somewhere. I hope it means he'll be screaming not just the guitars and drums getting heavier.
Exitos
@mr.martinii3608 we're gonna miss him but they've worked hard since they were kids. Glad he has the ability to take time off. Hopefully he comes back for some one offs or larger shows.
They'll not play that song again. They hate the lyrics of it.. Saying shit like "I knew when I first saw you, you would fuck like a whore" and "you stupid fucking whore" That's the immature shit they came up with as teenagers, that they no longer represent.
