What if my health changes before I depart? You must call us if you have any changes to your covered conditions (including a change in the prognosis of a covered condition) or develop any new illness or injury a) between your start date of insurance and your start date of journey (on the Single Trip Policy) or b) between your issue date of insurance and your first first start date of journey or prior to your start date of (journey for each journey (on the Annual Multi-Trip Policy) so we can carry out a medical assessment.
