btw: cramps don't happen to all girls, the amount of pain they cause or how long they last or even the fact that we have them at all, depends on the girl
yep, some throw up a lot during their cramps and some can manage through the day easily, for me it changes all the time like sometimes it's like someone is stabbing a knife up my cooch violently while sometimes i just dont have it at all

When you drink more than usual it only takes 3 or 4 days. Before i had it for 10 days too and now i'm drinking tons of water and it only takes 3 days and i have no cramps
A quick note on Sara's comment about liking when boys ask questions: The kind of question matters A LOT. Questions about the girl's interests, hobbies, friends, fashion (as long as you're respectful) and stuff like that is fine. But especially if you've just met the girl / she's a stranger, DO NOT ask questions like "Where do you live," "Do you live alone," "Do you know many people in this area," etc. It might seem mundane to you, but it comes off creepy and dangerous to us. With guys that we don't know very well, there are very few ways to tell the difference between someone who is harmless and someone who might beat/rape/kill us. We've been forced to instinctively withhold sensitive information that could be used to harm us. This isn't necessarily a criticism of you personally in the moment. It's just us trying to stay safe in a dangerous world. Be polite and respectful, be mindful of her body language, and if she seems uncomfortable, back off and don't be a jerk.
One time in my period It was during a taekwondo class I was moving a lot and everything and I had cramps but when I stood still it hurt more so I think that maybe moving around like running or exercising can possibly help with cramps or

I would like to add to periods. For some girls they don’t have bad cramps so it feels like a stomach cramp and also for some girls they can have different symptoms. And there are different ways that girls know how their period is about to show up. Not to be rude, I just wanted to add to represent other girls and show that not all periods are the same
