I can’t emphasize enough the importance of taking care of your mental health. Speaking from experience, I went through a midlife crisis that almost led to irreversible actions due to depression. After working in Singapore for 5-6 years, paying off my parents’ debts, and providing financial support for them, I was left with little savings and no ability to invest in a better future. It’s crucial to invest in yourself by continuously learning new skills and applying them to build your portfolio, which can demonstrate your value to future employers when seeking new opportunities to increase your income. Remember, don’t focus too much on the future that you can't control or compare yourself with others. A good future begins with taking planned action in the present. 🙂
I think the cheapest option is to find out why you need three properties. Is it because 3 properties can give you the necessary cashflow for your expenses? Or is it because 3 properties is what your friends got? Often time when you can answer why, you'll realize 3 is not enough
