I don't understand why people feel that these people are lying. They are NOT. Just google the salaries of these companies. If you are in some good product based company like Salesforce, Walmart, Amazon, Microsoft, etc, you are actually paid 25 LPA (in first year & in-hand) as a fresher also. CTC shown can be much higher.

I cleared interview for Level 3 engineer in HCL and they were offering me a take home less than my current one. It was during the initial months of corona when no hiring was taking place and being laid off during this time was terrible. Although i could provide proof that i was laid off as part of work force reduction, the HCL HR was like, take it this is what you would get right now and we are helping you by offering you a job. Fortunately i waited 4 more months to land a better one.

Salary is really exaggerated in this video. In Mumbai entry level Soft dev 5-8 lpa Mid level IT pro get 8 to 15 lpa. Lead and mgmt get 16 to 35 lpa . And on that amount also you pay 35% tax to live and earn in India😅thanks to Sitaraman

MNC company's pay 3.5 lpa to 6 lpa for one to 5 years experience Product based company's pay 6 lpa to 25 LPA for 4 to 5 years experience ( remember product based companys hires only experience mostly). This is real salary....in hand will hit different 😅

Ive been recently seeing so many guyz in their 30s struggling to find jobs, they all got fired after the pandemic, still no jobs, inspite of having double degrees, they be ranting to me in the gym, how crazy lifes been and how they struggling to find a stable job in Bangalore, most of them want to go back home coz they even finding it harder to pay rent n spend on food over here, so reality is different

Don't believe all of them blindly... I'm. A data scientist with 6 years exp I don't have colleagues making 50+ that's a fake news. I make around 23 fixed + variables plus bonus. All my colleagues are in 30-35 range so 50 + is definitely not true... Rather 20-25 is for 2-6 years bracket normal

Being from the same field, I would say it’s Not as exaggerated as you think. Some market correction has happened after Covid but I am not surprised by 95 percent of salaries that they said in this video. But obviously don’t blindly believe these. Journey of each individual is different, a Role has a salary band, some people might be on lower end and some might be on higher end.

Microbiologist in a pharma salary is entry: 2-3LPA and after 3 to 4 year upto 4-5 LPA. After 10 years upto 10LPA. While seeing those other job figures feels like what the shit career i chose.

I don't acknowledge the entire content on salary. I am in a HR profile for over a decade. For fresher it is around 3 to 4 Lakh per annum. With 4 to 5 years experience it's 9 lakh to 12 lakh. With over 8 plus years it's 18 to 23 lakh per annum.
