You are right. The best approach I feel is to diversify investments- by spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.

I totally agree. I put $250k into stocks with my advisor, and now I've made over $4 million in profits. I used the profits to buy properties, and they're bringing in great income. My friend’s business failed because he wasn’t book keeping properly, i advised him to keep track of spending at that time. I just graduated with business degree and to this day he tells me he should’ve listened to me. I don’t 100% agree with the first guy. I liked them all because something each of them said to me was great advice 1st - Don’t take advice from someone who isn’t in a position you want to be in. 2nd - Assume the close. Make that person laugh - nobody’s gonna say no to someone they like. Figure it tf out. Work like a son of a b. Reinvest the money. 3rd - Believe in yourself. If you marry the wrong person it’ll take you in the opposite direction than you’re trying to go. Don’t overextend yourself. Make sure the money is working for you,not against you. God. 4th - Not being afraid to work. “Never let them see you sweat”. Don’t believe your own propaganda. Be able to walk away. God.
