Neon would actually be so good for helping people. The entire purpose of her power limiter is not that so she doesn’t kill herself, it’s so she doesn’t decimate a power grid lmao. But like she could power the entire world for like a literally infinite amount of time as long as she’s alive, so no more co2 contribution to the atmosphere from power production. And even if the gas companies try and shut her down she can just fry the power plants.

Honestly, no shade here, but the people who play with lights off are weird, it REALLY damages your eyesight because of the monitor + the background if you look around a lot. If you have lights on, your eyes are already adjusted to the light so the monitor has still SOME effect if it's a bright monitor, but not too much to the extent of constantly looking at a dark spot in your room to a bright monitor. This is scientifically proven as well, look it up, it's quite interesting. Your pupils constrict themselves when they look at bright light, then "dilate" when they look at darkness to adjust to the dark. Constantly doing this, hurts your eyesight in ways that can permanently cause damage to them. It's why gaming with lights off is a really bad idea.

just better tho better recoil, better first bullet, more bullets, shoots faster, better recoil reset. the only thing thats worse with phantom is that it doesnt do 150 dmg headshot but you'll probably hit the second bullet in like the body so it doesnt matter. Overall is the phantom better but ifg ur holding an angle then the vandal is better.
