ASKO LAUNDRY REVIEW - W6424 and T754 

Whatever you do, don’t buy an ASKO appliance. They have been bought out and the new company doesn’t support the products. I have been waiting 4 months for washing machine parts.

ASKO Washing Machine W6461 has developed a leak ONLY during the Sani Program when there are approx.25 min remaining . Door Seal is ok, technician suggested replacing the door, but the leak comes from under the machine. Looking for input. It is one of the best washing machine I have used. Cleans excellently. However I do not want to replace with a newer model, because it has too many 'bells & whistles', and are too complicated. I have experience with the new model and don't like it.

Knocking on wood, but my W6661 Quattro 1600 rpm is still going strong for almost 20 years, I wonder if the current models are that reliable. The matching dryer had problems with the motherboard, the temperature sensor, and the little wheels the drum rides on, they wore off rather quickly and eventually was too expensive to repair

I'd like to see the everyday program.

I had 2 Asko Washers and Driers on the super yacht that I was working on for 6 years. The washers would beat the heck out of the laundry and it would take forever...it would come out smelly. I was constantly cleaning out the trap on the bottom. I actually wanted to have them tore out and turned into sea anchors! The worst appliance that I have ever used! Oh and we had a Asko washer and dryer in the crew quarters as well...terrible machines...they completely beat up anything that was put in them...never purchase these products

these are old models from asko, more then 5 years. Dryers in europe are heatpump dryer that'snormal in Europe . The heatpump is much cheaper then the normal dryer. The heatpump = a compressor like refrigerator 75% cheaper electra Khw

TRICK to OPEN the washer after load is complete :: PRESS the LOCK button!!! Seems obvious but I just lost hours of my life because I re-washed all the clothes trying to open the washer. Genius!

Constant problems with control panels. I would never buy them or recommend them again. The capacity is way too small for even a two person household.

Like you were washing clothes on a yacht......
