Ma'am, sorry to say but you have missed important deatails like after curtailing the doctorine of necessity what happened and supreme court had declared the actions of yahya khan illegal that means all the orders and actions taken by him were illagal and all decisions taken under those acts by courts were void 😕. Further more , you said that this case restoered the constitution of 1962 but it never happened ma'am because in conclusion supreme court condoned that all acts required to be done for the ordinary running of the state. So Marshal law was not raised immediately after the case of Asma Jillani but Butto himself after drafting interim Constitution of 1972 , on 20 April 1971 raised marshall due to the pressure from NAP an JUI leaders named Wali Khan and mufte Muhmoood, and as you said it was also due to this case but we cannot say it was wholely its work . Iam really sorry again ma'am because you are my teacher and I have learnt alot from you that's why i would not like to see you delivering the wrong material. Love you 😘 ma'am ❣️. Reference from Hamid Khan's book (Constitutional and political history of pakistan).
