By the way most of the Italians buildings in Ethiopia are being demolished to be replaced by modern high rise buildings. Not only Addis Ababa, see the cities of Adama(Nazreth), Bahir Dar, Mekelle, Axum, Hawassa, Dire dawa, Gondar and so much more. Growing in an astonishing rate. With 90 million population Ethiopian GDP(PPP) per capita is twice that of Eritrea. By the way Sheik Al Amoudi is an Ethiopian investor from Woldia, Ethiopia. He is investing in Ethiopia to help his country grow up fast. And foreign investment plays great role in development of a country. USA has reached this peak economy from foreign investment. When investors do business in your country, people get employed. So unemployment rate can be reduced this way, plus the country benefits much. So, not allowing foreign investors is foolish.
