#Asmongold #PVP #Horde Hope you guys enjoyed this video, I love when asmon does this GOOF stuff Sub for more asmongold and classic wow content! Asmongold's Twitch: / asmongold Asmongold's RU-vid: / @asmongold1341
I used to do something similar in TBC, kited a lots of mobs to Shattrath and stuff, fel reaver, Varedis, or demon packs from the dark portal to the alliance keep in the area or even thrallmar (As alliance) Good memories
I did it on a Warlock with Curse of Exhaustion when a hunter and Mage saw me with this Giant Dragon behind me they decided to help out we got it all the way from Feralas to Ogrimar just the 3 of us
I did this with Warlock with Curse of Exhaustion on that drake in Feralas I got him out of Feralas and a Hunter and Mage saw me running with this Giant dragon after me so they decided to help out We got it all the way to Ogrimar just the 3 of us Fun times
@@Zaiqahal Nah. After that video of Khazzak in Stormwind, people were doing it all the fucking time. At least on my server. It was kind of a nightmare.
I have not seen anybody saing that this is why streamers ruin games regardles of if its true or not^^ if anything i would say asmon will get scarab lord and nobody on his server has a chance against him which could be seen as a way of ruining the game BUT for asmon its shity too cause he wont get it trough his own power (ecept if one would say he has much viewers trough his power of entertainment) well will be fun to watch anyways..
This will quikcly wear off for the vast majority of players who will try Classic. I mean... for how long you plan to have a blast from kiting dragons to enemy capitals? You do that few times and you are done. The lasting power of a game like this comes with a steady supply of new content. It's just that BFA has shitty content so people complain about it. Classic is a mixed pill of nostalgia or new content for younger generation, but aside from few, vast majority of people will leave it after a few months. Just like every other - better or worse - expansion.
That happened to me in classic! First time going to SW as a new character and one of the first things that happens is I die to a dragon that got kited to SW. Level 60's were able to deal with it though so it didn't get this out of hand
We used to do this all the time in OG WoW in 2004-2007. Back in the day you could bring Kazzak to Stormwind had he'd take over the town indefinitely. A GM was needed to despawn it.
It's really nostalgic watching this. Although kinda odd for me to see an entire raid along for the kite. I kited this dragon to SW back in 2006? Sometime within 06-07. I hadn't planned on that happening, but since I had no idea who or what it was. My plan was to just test myself against what I thought would be a 10 - 15 min kitefest and maybe get a nice piece of loot. After 20 min I was no closer to killing it than before I shot it, and I was almost all the way through the Swamp of Sorrows. So I turned to my brother, also playing next to me, showed him my current situation. He says, hey someone once took it to SW and it supposedly murdered everyone. Seeing as I was already a zone and a half along the way, I new where my destination was. Approximately an hour and a half later I was being scolded by my GM and Raid Leader as it flew around behind me, aggroed to someone else now, destroying everyone 😆
I gotta say, this was a lot more interesting than my journey. The dragon doesn't make a good partner. And it de spawned because the horde weren't trying hold it. My first kite attempt ended early because I didn't keep enough shots on it. You don't have very much time when it's being kited. 15-30 sec. Once you get it to SW there is very little downtime between over zealous newbies and the guards. So once you've pawned it off on someone, choose a good vantage point, and enjoy the show. Hopefully your GM and/ or Raid Leader doesn't group up with you just to come and give you a stern talking to. Boohoo the auction house was wiped out while they were buying mats to gear newbies for MC. There's a bloody massacre right down there, now let me enjoy this for all of its legendary amazement. Oh and guess who they always called on to kite in raid after this? 🙄
i don't get how they say 'streamers ruin games'... this shit happened in vanilla too lol. hell, i've done it. some demon boss in... un'goro? that spawned for a ... hunter quest? IIRC he got stronger for every person near him or something, shooting oneshot shadow bolts or w/e in a 40yard aoe once you got him into orgrimmar. good times.
@@ArmedPotat0 Yeah i forgot his name, but that's it. There's videos of people kiting him to SW from retail vanilla, look them up he destroys the entire city with spam aoe shadowbolts.
there were multiple solo challenge demon bosses for hunters one of them was in ungoro yes if someone tried to help the hunter some demon called "the cleaner" spawns that destroys anything in the radius instantly so you could grief hunters by interfering and they could do nothing about it if you beat all the challenges you got the epic bow and staff rhok'delarr and lok'delar started from the ancient petrified leaf that dropped from majordomo executus in molten core
Very much so. I was watching his stream at the time all this happened. I felt so much nostalgia watching it all happen. I was smiling and laughing. It was like being back in my early early teens playing vanilla. Blizzard needs to bring the live wow back to its roots. Wow like this is what made it so special. Not the leveling so you forget about enjoying the rest of the game shit that goes on now.
Yep..bein 13 playing on trial accounts either camping at xroads joking with everyone or gathering groups of lvl15-20 to go kill or kite a lvl30 ancient in ashenvale back to xroads just for the fun of it.. good times
I remember this stuff happening fairly frequently. I was a low level and I would spawn into a town and everything was dead. I didn't understand at the time what happened but it was because a high level boss was kited through the town.
Or Summoning a Doom Guard in the Middle of Ogrimar with the ritual and having the Doom Guard kill the Priest who was supposed to rez anyone who died and now this DoomGuard is running amock true Ogrimar killing players left and Right So much Fun
Lol shut up half of the allies were dead kiting the dragon, all hordies did was stand there and have 1 guy kite it to bug zone. If it didn’t bug out u know the horde was fucked. At least allies fought the dragon head on instead of running like bitches. What’s the point of a game if ur gonna skip out on the fun just to be “cleaver”?
Should have waited for most of the group to catch up. Taking the dragon through a company of horde players undermanned was a retarded idea. Oh and before I forget FOR THE HORDE
Horde and Alliance streamers need to get together and plan which servers they’ll be playing on so there won’t be major imbalances. If people like Azmon and Swifty (who play Alliance) could get a few Horde streamers to join their server, it wouldn’t leave a big imbalance when they aren’t streaming. It would also make for some insane RU-vid/Twitch content when two or more major streamers clash.
no What I mean is - RU-vidrs have been saying that streamer influence is going to result in server imbalance. They actually base this conclusion on past examples. Say you join the same server that Swifty joins. Swifty has thousands of followers, so what will likely happen is that thousands of people will want to be on Swifty’s realm. But that will likely result in a realm that has more Alliance on it than Horde. Already there is an imbalance at the beginning. But let’s say that a few years pass, and Swifty stops playing on that server - and ALL OF HIS FOLLOWERS also stop playing on the server. Now there will be hardly any Alliance, and more Horde, because all those Swifty fans were only there to follow Swifty. As I said, this has actually happened on live servers where a major streamer stopped playing, and it resulted in a mostly dead realm, or an extremely imbalanced realm - and this has been mentioned by several RU-vidrs and streamers. A good way to make sure there is balance is for a famous Alliance streamer to conspire with a famous Horde streamer to join the same realm. It will be balanced in the beginning, and if both streamers stop playing, it’ll still be balanced afterward. I’m not even going to reply to Artuurs Z because he’s an imbecile and not worth my time. 🙂
@@IamNemoN01 No dude, I completely understand you, but what I'm saying is they can't do this because there would be queues to enter the whole day because of the amount of players packed in the same realm...
no There’s always a chance that two or more major streamers could make their characters on the same server without even knowing. This is definitely something people didn’t even have to consider when Vanilla came out as there weren’t any streamers back then. It’ll be interesting to see what happens.
Tyler W. From what I’ve heard Activision say, there will only be layering when the servers first launch, and only so the starting quests aren’t overwhelmed. After they remove the layering, they don’t plan to implement layering again. So if a server is imbalanced because of a streamer’s followers, it’ll be imbalanced after they remove layering - and it’ll be imbalanced if that streamer leaves the server - unless Activision merges imbalanced servers. Layering won’t solve the problem of an imbalanced server. Let’s imagine that there are only 10 players on the Alliance side, and 2000 on the Horde side. Splitting it into layers will never make the server balanced. If anything it would threaten to split up the 10 Alliance players and make their world appear to be even less populated. Splitting such a server into two layers will put 1000 Horde on each layer; and 5 Alliance on each layer. Splitting such a server into four layers will put 500 Horde in each layer; and 2.5 Alliance on each layer. No matter what you do such a server will never be balanced unless you merge an Alliance heavy server with a Horde heavy server. Another solution would be for two major streamers from separate factions to join the same server from the beginning - which is what I suggested above. This would also give both streamers plenty of PVP content because it would be in both streamers’ interest to attack one another and stream it. It’s actually more advantageous and profitable for two streamers to conspire - and beneficial to the entire server. Activision can still put the same cap on how many players can join the realm. The cap will only be split between two streamers, and neutral players who don’t care about either.
Lol shut up half of the allies were dead kiting the dragon, all hordies did was stand there and have 1 guy kite it to big zone. If it didn’t bug out u know the horde was fucked. At least allies fought the dragon head on instead of running like bitches.
There must be some way to kill the dragon or it would not be in the game. And I know what gamers are like. Tell them something is not possible, and they’ll pull out all the stops just to prove one wrong.
asmon has a good friend here. its 1 thing to just bring a boss mob to a city its not that bad it can be lured out again. but holding a city hostage would have been a ban most likely.
Mconnel, esfand and asmongold... wheelchairs of the alliance.. "they are all low" "they are dying" "they are so low" ... all Alliance died instant, dragon didnt touch horde.. facepalm..
Title should be "Asmongold follows hunters taking dragon to Undercity", and then hides behind a pillar before getting killed. Pretty sure that the dragon isn't even visible for 50% of the video.
*Talks about holding Stormwind hostage:* "DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE YOU FUCKING GHOUL PIECE OF SHIT!!" *Talking about attacking Udercity:* "YES! YES! YOU ARE THE PRIDE THE ALLIANCE FAVORITE SON!!!!
This isn't even the vanilla of old when you didn't get ranks for killing opposing faction players. Back when you went to the Barrens to simply kill them for the fun of it and didn't get anything for it! Even before new players like Asmongold even played the game.
It would've been so epic to have that dragon in UC, but people have a one-track mind and so the Horde just wanted to stick to the rules of the game and kill Alliance. What a waste.
Completely fails* Asmon: I'm amazed that worked! Alliance is so delusional, calls horde stupid and shit, proceeds to fail at kiting the dragon into a mass of hordes and gets wiped by them.
Lol shut up half of the allies were dead kiting the dragon, all hordies did was stand there and have 1 guy kite it to bug zone. If it didn’t bug out u know the horde was fucked.
